  • Ensured efficient organization and classification of films received and managed shipping of DVD’s to and from filmmakers.
  • Established and managed systems for correspondence and planning between curators and filmmakers using Microsoft Excel.

  • Communicated with filmmakers to confirm attendance, handle screener DVD’s and arrange travel logistics.
  • Received all requests from seminar attendees and managed all related payments.
